About Us
Tancredi Foods was established over
four years ago by Glen Findley and Ben Shanley in Newcastle.
Originally starting in a small kitchen in charlestown, in May 2009
moved to a purposed built production kitchen in Beresfield, NSW.
Glen has previously held executive chef positions at The Madison Motor Inn, Charlestown and Archie's on the Park. Armidale. Ben has experience managing Moore Park Inn, Armidale along with a number of other hspitality positions. Together they form a team with complementary skills to produce a product hat not only focuses on the food, but the service required to deliver it.
